Since 1995 and working with co-counsel, we have achieved verdicts and settlements in excess of $10 billion in product liability class action lawsuits.

Last year, we served as lead trial counsel in a wrongful death suit against DaimlerChrysler for failing to correct a known defect in the transmission of its vehicles. The jury returned a $54 million verdict against DaimlerChrysler, finding it acted with malice. This constituted the fourth highest jury verdict in California in 2007.
